SaiGon-Cuchi Tunnel-Mekong River 4 Days
Four days are, to some extent, considered enough for one to have an overview of the impressive South of Vietnam. The name Sai Gon is still familiar with everyone who have known Vietnam via wars for gaining Independece. Yet, now Sai Gon has been rising again to become the biggest tourism center of the country. Rather, Mekong Delta region is also known as most attractive place for its uniqueness of water-river region famous for floating markets, beautiful orachards and finishing villages along the two sides of rivers and channels.
Itinerary 3 days - 2 nights Day 1: Arrival - Ho Chi Minh City (D)
Be meet at Tan Son Nhat Airport and be transferred to hotel in center Ho Chi Minh City. Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi (B/L/D) In the morning visit Cu Chi tunnels, the incredible underground tunnel network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the long struggle for independence. Day 3: Mekong Delta (B/L/D)
Heading out of the bustling city, we ride along rice field to My Tho, one of Mekong Delta province. Upon arrival in My Tho, we embark on a boat navigating around the small canals in the delta region, which passing My Tho fruit market. Joining in with daily activities of local people and enjoy the atmosphere of water world along the canal and along the Tien river. The exciting cruise continue to Unicorn island, here you can taste many seasonal fruits and enjoy the local traditional music, performed by the islanders. Having lunch at a typical country garden house. Next stops are the coconut candy “mill” and some other local industries in Ben Tre province. Drive back Ho Chi Minh City for overnight. Day 4: Ho Chi Minh City - Departure (B) Free time for shopping or optional visit before transfer to Tan Son Nhat Airport for departure. Type of tour: Private, easy tour.
